Q: What are the requirements to join?

A: Simple! 1) You live in the United States. 2) You're a band, composer, dj, engineer, fan, instructor, label, musician, producer, songwriter, sound designer, studio, or venue. 3) You're friendly and awesome.

Q: I don't live in the USA. Can I still join?

A: Not at this time. We'd love to expand internationally, but have more work to do to ensure the Hendrix experience is awesome for our friends abroad. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we launch new features or countries.

Q: Does a profile cost anything?

A: Nope! Profiles are 100% free.

Q: Will you ever add feature XYZ?

A: Maybe! This is just the start. We'd love to hear your ideas. Please contact us if you have any ideas for improving the app. We value your feedback.

Q: How do I contact other users?

A: After creating an account, click the message button at the top of any profile. It appears below the profile name.

Q: Can I disable email notifications?

A: Log in to your account, then locate your user / profile photo in the upper right corner. Click and use the menu to navigate to the settings page. Scroll down to the email notifications section to set your notification preferences.

Q: How do I delete my account?

A: Login, click the profile icon, then click “settings”. Click “Delete your account” in the “My Account” section.
