We are a 4-piece dream pop band looking for a singer to complete our lineup. Our sound is dreamy with an emphasis on atmospheric synths and washed-out guitars. Occasional moments of driving fuzz with some straight indie pop and surfy parts in the mix. We’ve been playing in the shoegaze scene for a while (Lightfoils, Astrobrite) but want this to be a bit of a departure from our other projects. Less wall of sound, more emphasis on vocals, tight songwriting. We have 5 songs fully pieced together and others in the works. Our short term goal is to put together a couple singles and start playing out. Then release an EP or full length and do some limited touring. We have full time jobs and other bands, but we are motivated and willing to take this project as far as it can go. Practices are once a week at Wright on Carroll on the west side. Some experience playing keys is a bonus, but not necessary.
