Looking to start a girl band

Hey, I'm looking to start a girl (pop-rock) band! I want to start a band that sings, dances, plays instruments as well as writes music. It's okay if you can't or don't do somethings yet, we can learn and grow together.

Qualifications:
Live in the U.S.
Ages of 18 to 24, any race
Be able to be diverse (with genres)
Want to make feel-good music
Want to go global
